Matt Seul is a Development Manager, Agile Practitioner and Master Inventor at IBM  Security.
He is also a PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, CSP, CSM, CSPO and LEGO Serious Play Facilitator.

Matthias started with Agile and Scrum in February 2010 and has since then worked as a regular Scrum team member as well as a Scrum Master and team coach. His experiences are backed by over ten years of working in the IT Security industry, collaborating both international and multi-cultural on a diverse selection of projects and products.

Since Mid-2010 Matthias has transitioned away from the Software Developer role and become a full-time Scrum Master for all teams in the Kassel lab. As Scrum is the preferred development methodology this role places him front-and-center for the facilitation and support of all projects

He is currently leading as well as coaching multiple teams to deliver customer value as well as project success working with team members, technical leads, architects, product owners and project managers to ensure goal focus.

Having received formal project management training as well as an education in Economics Matthias can integrate both deep development experience and business insight in his day-to-day work.

Matthias believes that Agile and Scrum are an effective means to integrate the ever-changing business world with value-driven software development efforts.
